The fortune telling and luck deciding relative to the movements of the stars and astrological planets is completely Haram in Islam and it is a Sin.
“He is the one who made the stars for your guidance in the darkness of the land and and the sea.” (Al-Anam 6:97)
This means that we can predict direction by seeing the stars because in that era there were no compass.

Yes this is halal. Technical analysis , fundamental analysis and onchain analysis is halal and you can do as per shariah guidance.
